Hello! It's me again! Bunnie1235! How are y'all doin? If y'all haven't checked out Issue 23 of the comic yet, one thing. It's good. One thing to Dave Manak also, Bunnie has three fingers on her robotic hand, not four. BUNNIE HAS BIGGER EYES AND DOES NOT WEAR A DRESS! .....there...I said it....I feel bet-tur.... :)' It's horrible that Sonic isn't renewed. One thing we can do though, is to fight it. Write to ABC and tell them y'all are upset. Tell them that it's not fair that they have a cliffhanger episode, and we'll never get to see an ending! I encourage y'all to write. It may save this show... One last note folks. Recently, I have just finished two (11'' x 18''?) comic boards. The first one is "The Adventures of Vixie" and the second is "Bunnie and Sally Adventures". Not your best, but it'll do. If you'd like a copy of the comics (Vixie is in black-and-white, while Bunnie and Sally is in color, so I don't know if it'll copy.) write to me email and send me one dollar for the cost of the copies. I'll have to tape them together, but it'll be fine. On with the story... "Antoine!" Rotor was in his workshop with Antoine. The reason for Rotor's bellow was because Antoine had activated something he shouldn't have. "Eee uh! Oh my!" said Antoine as Rotor began to chase him out of the shop. Rotor stopped as soon as he reached the door. "Stay out of here!" he said as he watched Antoine run off. As soon as Antoine was sure he had gotten a safe distance from the angry walrus, he stopped to catch his breath. Bunnie and Tails walked by just then, and decided to see what was wrong with their pal. "Hi, Antoine!" said a cheerful Tails. "Oh...eet eez you Tails. I sot zat you were someone else." Antoine said. "Who, sugar?" asked Bunnie. "Rotear." mumbled Antoine with a sigh, "He chased me out of heez workshop." "Why, whatever for?" Bunnie said, shocked. "I messed up on heez plans for a De-Roboticizaire! I theenk he may have to start all over again." said Antoine. "Oh, don't worry about Rotor," comforted Bunnie, "He hates it when people bother him while he's workin'." "Yeah Antoine! C'mon...let's go find something helpful for you to do." yapped Tails. "All right, Ant. I'm going to go get some polish for my sneaks! You stay cool and watch the chili to see that it doesn't overheat. I'll be right back! You okay with that?" asked Sonic. "Oui oui! Yes! I weel watch ze chili por vous!" grinned a happy Antoine. Sonic rolled his eyes and dashed out of his hut, leaving the squire to himself. To no one in particular, Antoine began to talk. "Ah! Zees weel be as easy as taking zee candy from zee baby, no?" he said. Now Antoine was a good cook, and he hated to see a recipe go wrong. That was sheer torture for him. Right now though, Antoine had very little idea on how to prepare chili, being French instead of Spanish. Oh well, he thought, I'll just seet here and wait. So he did. And he fell asleep. The chili had just began to rise out of the pot when Antoine had drifted off, and by the time Sonic came back, the kitchen was horrendously messy. "Antoine! Wake up!" shouted Sonic. "What, what, what?" blurted Antoine as he shot up. "Look at my kitchen! It's ruined! Even you know I like being messy Ant, but this is where I draw the line! GET OUT! NOW!" screamed Sonic. Antoine got out while the getting was good. He didn't like Sonic when he was angry. And when Sonic got angry it was always when Antoine was around. "Okay... so maybe that didn't work. I think Aunt Sally needs some help with Nicole, why don't you go help her?" smiled Tails. "Ah! My preencess! I weel help her!" said Antoine, dreamily. Bunnie whispered to Tails. "This'un'll be good." "Antoine, I'm going to have Nicole access a hologram. It's going to have some words on it, and I want you to dictate them to me while I take notes. Do you think you can handle that?" asked Sally. "Ah, yes! Oui, oui! Anyzing for you ma wondarefull preencess!" swooned Antoine. Sally just sighed and accessed the file. Soon Nicole produced the hologram and Antoine started to read. "Robotropoleez Main Computear Accessing Seestem. File accessed-- Roboteecizear weak points et foonctions." "Eh-eh-eh...Antoine, I need you to try not to put French words into the sentences...go on..." "Oh, I am being sorry ma preencess. Vwere was I, hmm? Oh yes... Ze Roboticizear's weak points are ze electroki-- electrokin--kineetic amplifiare, the polypro--...pro-...pelen..." rambled the squire. Sally suddenly realized that this was not the job for Antoine. He could talk in English, but he couldn't say these words if his life depended on it. "Um, Antoine...I appreciate your willingness to help me and all...but I really don't think this is the job for you." she said delicately. "You are saying zat I should be leaving?" said a defeated little Antoine. "I think it would be best. I'll just ask Rotor to help me." said Sally. "B-b-b-b-but...what eez eet zat I am doeeng wrong?" cried Antoine. "These words are really hard to pronounce, Antoine. I can't make out what you're saying with your accent...I'm sorry." she replied. "Eet ees all right, ma preencess. I would do anyzing for you," said Antoine, as if he wasn't sure if he meant it, "Au revoir." "Au revoir." Sally said softly. Antoine left Sally's hut with his head hung low. "Nobodee wanz me around...I am a, how you say?, walnut case." he sighed. Vixie suddenly came out of her hut. "Hiya Antoine! How are you?" she said sweetly. "Oh...Veeksee. I am all right I zeenk." replied the gloomy Antoine. "What's wrong? You look hurt." "Ah am not eenjured, why do you zay Ah am?" said Antoine, frantically checking his fur for scratches and cuts. Vixie let out a little giggle. "No-no-no. I mean you look like you're down in the dumps." she smiled. "Ah...oui... I am how you say? feeling purple." "You mean 'blue', Antoine." "Same zeeng...nobodee wanz me around. Everywhere Ah have been goeeng today, everyone 'as olways keeked me out, no? I am a hopeless, doom-ed, nozeeng!" cried Antoine. "Oh Antoine, you're not a 'nothing'! You're a sweet caring sensitive guy! Hey, I may only be nine-and-a-half, but I know my friends. Don't take your friends' discard to heart! They all like you, although sometimes they don't always show it. Why, I even know a good story to tell you about, in which a little mountain lion feels unwanted, and he leaves home. Would you like me to tell it to you?" asked Vixie. "...Oui. Zat would be nice." said Antoine, perking up a bit. "Okay, here goes nothing! Once upon a time, there was a little mountain lion cub named Joshua. Joshua was a very clumsy boy. Everywhere Josh went, people ran out of his path, afraid what might happen to them. Joshua was very lonely. "Joshua decided he was sick of feeling unwanted, so he decided to run away from home. He left his mother a note which read: 'Dear Mom, I've come to terms with the fact that I'm a nuisance. I want to run away to someplace else, where I can be loved and be able to play without worry of knocking over flowerpots, tripping over things, and being a klutz. I love you very much. Your son, Joshua Leafs' "When Josh's mom found the note, she was very sad. Joshua was her only son, and she was also tired of the town's behavior towards him. It had gone too far. Joshua's mom looked for days for little Josh, but he was nowhere to be found. "Around town, the villagers noticed Joshua's absence and realized how mean they were to him, which made them feel very bad. So the villagers got Joshua's mom and started another search. "They searched all over the forest and finally found him, napping in a tree. When they brought him back, he was upset. 'Why did you have to come and find me?' he asked. The town florist spoke up, 'We wanted you to know that we were sorry for being so mean to you.'" 'Yeah,' piped in another villager, 'You're an important part of our town.' 'Really?' said Josh. 'Really.' And so, Joshua realized that he was important, and he was never yelled at again. End of story." finished Vixie. "So...what you are sayeeng, ees zat Ah am wanteed, eet's joost that zey are afraid of moi?" said Antoine. "Yeah. I know how it feels." said the little vixen. "Zank you, Veeksee. Zat storee made moi feel so mooch bettear." thanked Antoine. "YouÕre welcome." "Zeep? An-nie? Is anyone zere?" said Antoine, walking inside the big tree. "Uncle Antoine!" said a little voice. Less than a second later, a little lilac blur jumped into Antoine's arms. "An-nie! Bonjour! How are you today, hmm?" he said, giving her a little hug. "I'm cool!" said the purple hedgehog toddler. Annie was the only resident of Knothole village who positively adored Antoine. Other than Antoine himself, of course. "Are you knoweeng where your seester ees?" asked Antoine. "Yep! Zippy's in the kitchen makin' me some lunch! We're having chili dogs!" she grinned. "Again? You eat zat eveary day!" Antoine laughed. "Zippy said they make me grow strong and run faster. Anyway, I like 'em. C'mon," she said, pulling Antoine's arm, "I'll take you to her." Zip was in the kitchen watching the pot of chili cook. Antoine began to have flashbacks of what had happened earlier that morning, and decided against volunteering to watch it for her. When Antoine stepped in the kitchen, Zip turned around. "Hi Tony!" she said, "Whazzup?" "I want to know eef you need any help." asked Antoine. "Help? Why?" she asked. "Ah am tryeeng to help mes amis!" said Antoine, flashing his debonair smile. "Well, if you insist. How about sweeping the floors?" Zip suggested. "Ah! Ze floors! Oui, yes, I weel." grinned the squire. "The broom's in the closet down the hallway," Zip turned to Annie, "Lunch is ready." "Yay!" said Annie, grabbing the chili dog from her big sister's hands. Annie then proceeded to shove the whole thing in her mouth, as did Zip. Antoine took the broom from the closet and begun to sweep. This was omething he liked to do very much. Plus he happened to be good at it. As soon as he finished sweeping the floor for the fifth time, he started elsewhere, intent on cleaning the smallest cranny. He polished the furniture, dusted the wires behind Zip's computer, washed and waxed the floors, swept the floor another five times, and rearranged Zip's entire wardrobe according to color, style, and designer. When Antoine finished, the tree looked like a pearl, perfect in every way. Zip walked into the room and tried not to slip on the floor on her way in. "Why Antoine, I can't believe the job you've done!... It looks magnificent!... Thank you so much!" she said, giving Antoine a kiss on the cheek. "You are welcome-ed. Eet was nossing, really." blushed Antoine. "Man, I never knew you had a knack for cleanliness, Tony! Wait'll the guys hear about this! This is way past cool!" continued Zip. "Ze othears?!" shuddered Antoine. "Yeah, the others! They'll want their huts done!" said Zip, with a genuine smile. "Ah...yes...well...I zeenk I must be goeeng now, no? Au revoir!" said Antoine. He then proceeded to shoot out the door as fast as his legs could carry him. "Hmm...I wonder what that was for?" said Zip, stunned. Antoine was hiding on his bed in his hut when the knock came on his door. "C-c-c-c-ome een?" he stuttered. In the doorway stood Sonic, Rotor, and Sally. They walked inside and sat down on the bed next to Antoine, who was now sweating uncontrollably. "Antoine," said Sonic, "We just came to apologize for being so short with you. You're cool, as much as it pains me to admit it." "Sonic!" reprimanded Sally. "Just kiddin'! But anyway Ant, we're really sorry." finished Sonic. Antoine stopped sweating and began to talk. "Y-y-y-y-ou mean...you do not hate me?" he muttered softly. "Of course not, Antoine," said Rotor, "And hey, look, I made you something!" he said, and pushed a button on the remote he held in his hand. Suddenly, a Tech-bot came into the room. But this was no ordinary Tech-bot. This one was dressed in a maid's outfit. "It cleans your house!" said Rotor, and then he pushed another button. The Tech-bot then started to dust Antoine's wardrobe. "Oh my! You deed zees...for moi?" Antoine smiled. "Por vou." he replied. "IÕm really sorry too, Antoine." started Sally. "Oh my preencess, eet ees fine. Ah weel try to work on zee accent, no?" Antoine then started talking with a Romanian accent, just like the one he used on Rotor's crazed robot. "I weel now be able to talk like se hunk, ya? Unt I weel be able to recite to you the things on your puny Nicole, ya?" he grunted. Sally's eyes were as big as dinnerplates. "Uh...yeah...sure Antoine." she stuttered. "Uh...I think that's our cue guys." said Sonic, and then he grabbed Rotor and Sally and shot out of the hut. Antoine was alone. "Hmph, and hmph again! Zey are joost jealous, no?" he laughed. THE END
